I hadnt been able to read anything from Dr. Dispenza, because at the time, his book hadnt been released yet. You may want to check his website, to see if there are any updates to his work. Dr. Joe Dispenza truly has a grasp on how the brain works.
Start in the morning, where there are no distractions. Close your eyes.
Ask yourself – Who am I going to be this Day? Begin to answer this inquiry with the most elevated idea of yourself. What is the greatest potential of who and what I am going to be this day?
See the day in your mind how you would like it to unfold. Put yourself into the reality of those scenes.
Mentally rehearse over and over. This activates new brain circuits. Repeat the new activated connections until the change is permanent.
Observe specific circumstances or opportunities that you want to happen as a result of how you are going to be in your created reality. Pick the most suitable that you can accept and see the reality as if it already is.
Observe specific outcomes. Cast the road markers to your new future. Live your life with these ideas in mind and you will run right into them.
Focus totally – send a clear signal to the quantum field by paying complete attention to your ideas.
